I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, where the cleanliness was perfect, and the staff made a difference. Moursi at the reception was helpful and cute, assisting me with my check-in and ensuring my needs were met throughout my visit. The breakfast offerings were fresh and delicious, and the beautiful design of the rooms provided a wonderful atmosphere to relax in after a long day. Plus, I loved the hotel's location away from the city's hustle and bustle while still being conveniently close to a small shopping mall.
Everything was great, nothing to complain about!

No complaints whatsoever, the venue met requirements, would be happy to recommend it. The staff were highly professional lot of time. The hotel was set in a remote area short walk to restaurant, the center of dubai, and Downtown Dubai. We enjoyed the breakfast.

I loved the cozy vibe of the hotel and the comfortable bed! The location was on point, super close to the Seven's Stadium, which was a big plus for my trip. the staff were generally kind and did their best to accommodate my early check-in request, allowing me to settle in without waiting around.
My experience was pretty disappointing overall. The cleanliness was lacking; there were hairs on the toilet seat, and waiting 40 minutes for luggage help was ridiculous. Plus, there were no parking slots available despite confirming ahead of time, and I had to deal with weird charges for basic toiletries. The breakfast was chaotic, and staff seemed overwhelmed. Not impressed!

My room included central heating, flat-screen television, and a safe box. The location was great for Dubai, so close to Dubai and sourrounding desert areas and restaurant and the center of dubai. It also was near to downtown.
Liked everything.

I arrived late and they had zero parking available despite confirming. I was forced to park outside on rocks. No staff helped with our bags, and the pool was too warm. Plus, noisy neighbors kept us up all night.

json{review: Location is decent, being close to parks and golf courses, but be prepared for a short drive to major attractions. The comfortable furnishings and modern design stand out, and I appreciated the attentiveness of the staff, particularly Mr Mohammed Osman at the front desk. The hotel's dining options could use improvement, but the atmosphere was enjoyable overall. , rating: 8, date of stay: 2024-10-15}'''

I had a great business trip at this hotel! The rooms were super clean and well-furnished, providing everything I needed for a comfy stay. The peaceful location was perfect for unwinding after a busy day, plus the breakfast spread was delicious with tons of options! The staff, especially at the front desk, were really helpful and friendly, making check-in a breeze!
On the downside, it is a bit far from the city, which can be inconvenient if you're looking to explore. Housekeeping wasn’t always consistent, and I faced some delays in getting specific items like toothpaste. Still, overall, my trip was enjoyable and relaxing!
